Attractive design with great features.

After a year of using my smart toilet, I noticed the flushing power had decreased significantly. I reached out to the official customer support and was informed about the built-in filter that could get clogged. Following their instructions to clean the filter, the flushing power was instantly restored. This experience highlighted that many issues are due to user oversight, and the customer service team is incredibly helpful.

We received this smart toilet a little faster than expected and honestly the whole experience from delivery to installation felt very premium. The delivery was super nice, everything arrived safe with no damage at all, and the packaging was honestly amazing. You can tell they actually thought about the customer experience and not just throwing a toilet in a box.One thing we really liked was the unboxing experience. It may sound funny talking about "unboxing a toilet," but this was actually very well designed. You do not need tools just to open and unpack everything, which is such a small detail but makes a huge difference. Everything was organized neatly and protected properly.Another really smart thing is the large backup battery included for power outages. Power outages are rare for us, but it is great peace of mind knowing the toilet will still function if it happens. Even better, the battery is rechargeable, so you are not constantly replacing batteries every few months or every year like some other smart products. Very thoughtful design.The remote control is also excellent. Good size, easy to hold, buttons make sense, and functions are amazing. Everything feels intuitive and high quality. We have a Kohler smart toilet in our master bathroom that cost way more money, and yes maybe the Kohler is slightly nicer in a few areas, but honestly not by much considering the huge price difference. The Kohler is actually louder during flushing too. This EPLO unit is surprisingly quiet and the flush is strong and effective.We also had a few questions during setup and use, and customer support was actually very helpful. Their support is through email at [****] and they responded professionally and helped resolve all our questions quickly. These days good customer service is hard to find, so this was another positive surprise.Overall this toilet gives a very high-end feeling, almost like Japanese quality products where every little detail feels considered. Seat heating, flushing, controls, lid movement - everything feels smooth and refined.So far we only have good words about this unit. Very impressed for the money. We will definitely follow up again in 1-2 months after longer daily use, but first impressions are honestly excellent. Very happy with this purchase.

We have loved this toilet. It worked great for 1 year and started leaking internally just after the warranty expired. I contacted the company and they immediately resolved the problem even though it was out of warranty. They actually replaced the toilet. It's a great bidet with all the bells and whistles. It's an incredible value for the price point. I am hopeful that the second one will have some longevity. I am grateful to the EPLO company as they were very responsive and helpful.

I chose the EPLO Smart Toilet after spending hours of research and am very happy with my purchase. Everything works as expected. I love the feature of opening and closing the toilet seats automatically. No more fighting with boys. The toilet seat is comfortably warm. Flushing the toilet is always perfect. The night light is helpful. It looks sleek and modern and love the height - easy to sit down. Customer service is at the best. They respond any questions promptly. I can tell they care for their customers. Highly recommended.
