EPLO E18 Smart Toilet with Bidet - One-piece Foam Shield Heated Seat

Love this toilet and all of its functions. Had to reach out to support , but figured it out on my own. Support did reach out so that makes me feel good there is someone available if needed. It was pretty easy to install and has a special way to to screw it down on sides and that makes it so much easier.

I purchased the Eplo 18 due to the reviews and customer support before the purchase. My plumber installed it and said it was so easy to install. It has all the bells and whistle. The seat is heated, lights up, it opens and closed by the tap of your foot, it cleans and dries your front and back. It keeps toilet clean with the splash guard foam. I use less toilet paper. The only issue i have is, everyone that visits wants one. I love it!

Easy to install, water gets plenty hot, bidet does a fine job.Foam shield is a bigger deal than I expected. It is really nice and convenient.Power went out once since I got it and the battery backup worked as advertised.I absolutely love this toilet and will never go back to a conventional. Pays for itself by not needing toilet paper.

I have now had this toilet for over a month and can't believe how much we love it. From the heated seat to auto flush this has a lot of features that are awesome to use on a daily basis. With some basic plumbing knowledge, it was super easy to install and have had no issues at all. I can't believe that we never installed one of these until now, buy one you will not be disappointed.

As a part of house remodeling, I bought total 4 EPLO bidets. I haven't heard the company name before I search bidet players, so I was not quite sure those will meet my expectation or not. Now, I'm very satisfied with overall outcomes, slim design, ease to use, flushing very well, good customer service, etc. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a good quality bidet with reasonable price.
