Toilettes intelligentes EPLO E18PRO

Really impressed with the EPLO Smart Toilet (E18PRO). The auto open/close lid and heated seat make it super comfortable to use, and the bidet with adjustable settings works great. The flush is powerful (no clogging issues)It looks modern and feels like a real upgrade to the bathroom. Overall, a high-quality product that's definitely worth it.

We recently purchased 3 of these EPLO smart toilet toilets. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Incredibly comfortable, all the features are amazing, and they are easy to install. We've been using them for about a month now and have had no issues whatsoever. Tremendous flushing power, two different levels of flushing, which is cool, the seat temperature and water temperature are adjustable and perfect. I cannot recommend these enough. I did a fair amount of research on features, quality of workmanship, warranty, etc. and EPLO always came out on top.

The toilet has worked very well and is easy to use. We have owned it for over a year with no issues. Bidet feature and dryer works really well. Customer service is quick and responsive.

I love this toilet. It is sleek, modern and has all the high-end features I fell in love with while traveling in Japan, including heated seat, automatic nightlight and adjustable bidet, but also auto-sensing seat, dispensing of foaming agent, and hands-off flushing.Customer service is also very good. My contractor scratched the lid while installing the toilet, and Eplo promptly offered to send me another one free of charge.

I bought this EPLO Smart Toilet, Model number E18PRO, on Oct 7th, 2025, to upgrade my antic water guzzler toilet. Installation was simple and straight forward with clear instructions provided. You will need GFCI protected power outlet nearby, although the toilet comes with its own GFCI protected plug. Note that the toilet is heavy, and you may need an extra pair of hands to lift it. It also comes with a wax ring with the horn attached. The wax ring/horn combo unit was approximately 1" smaller in diameter than the ones you would buy at a home center. While the toilet looks great, it scratches easily, especially the plastic parts, i.e. toilet seat and cover, electronics and bidet housing unit. Use a very very soft cloth when cleaning these parts. Pro tip, when screwing the toilet to the anchor clips attached to the flange, angle the screws pointing slightly downwards, so they can grab a hole on the clips that is slightly lower than the hole that is directly adjacent to the holes on the side of the toilet. This way, you will be pulling the toilet tighter to the floor for a sturdier fit, especially if the floor is slightly uneven. No warranty information is provided in any of the documentation that came with the toilet, so you will need to go to thier website to register your product. And the bidet, warm air drying, warming seat, and foam functions are a game changer! All in all, this is worth buying if you are looking to upgrade your bathroom's look, be cleaner, and save on your water consumption. Be ready to train your guest on how to use it too.
