For the small guest bathroom this works well. With an auto flush, built in bidet and dryer.
I really like this EPLO wall-mounted toilet. It looks elegant, operates smoothly, and is very functional. The design fits perfectly in a modern bathroom, and everything works just as expected. The only things I miss are a few smart features - automatic lid opening and closing, leg-operated control, and Wi-Fi connectivity for Alexa integration. It would also be great to have multi-user profiles so my spouse and I could each have our own preferred settings.Overall, it's a stylish, comfortable, and well-designed product that performs very well. With just a few more smart upgrades, it would be perfect.
I rarely write a product review. However, the toilet looks great in our renovated Miami Beach apartment. The EPLO toilet looks timeless and the product works as described in the product details. In order to pull a permit from the City of Miami, we need detailed product description to pull the permit. EPLO provides product guides and installation PDF documents. We found that other vendors do not provide documentation. EPLO documentation allowed us to fast track the permit process and the contractor was able to install the toilet easily. We are doing a home renovation and we will be purchasing 2 more EPLO toilets.Bests,JlT
We purchased 3 of these toilets for our newly renovated house. We are very pleased with them. We had an issue with one of them and the customer service was above and beyond. They actually had a video call with us and helped us resolve the problem immediately. I highly recommend Eplo for your next toilet purchase!
We purchased this toilet and had it installed. We were happy with the installaltion and performance of the toilet until we realized the tile behind our toilet had cracked. I contacted customer service at EPLO and they responded very quickly. I worked with Charles from EPLO and we determined that the toilet had not malfunctioned or broke. The issue was that the wall behind the toilet was not reinforced enough to prevent the toilet from moving. We have since installed 3/4" plywood in the area where the frame for the toilet was installed. We retiled the area and reinstalled the toilet. Our issue has been resolved and the toilet works great. I would advise that either heavy duty plywood or moisture resistant green plasterboard be used to cover the area where the frame and tank are installed. Again the service we received from EPLO was great!
